We have a very unreliable narrator here. We see a young woman, but in reality, it’s a senior woman with some kind of cognitive issues. She’s been carrying around a babydoll, and her real 6-month-old is in the grave out in the garden. Damn.

It's a good twist, but you can always read about it. Not sure it's worth sitting through all the vomit and gagging.

There are some jump scares with loud noises, but they're harder to notice if you're a hardened horror watcher.

It's kind of an exhausting movie: shit keeps happening, and it's more uncomfortable with a baby and post-partum parent in the mix.
