In his human form, he was a Satan-worshipping mobster (I think) before he performed some ritual and turned into a hairless, cursed vampire thing. Sharp, pointy teeth; long-ass sharp fingernails with surprisingly nice toenails. He’s almost naked but somehow fashioned a cloth diaper to cover up his man-bits.
He rips hearts out with his bare hands. I don’t think he eats these, but I can’t be sure.
