After Bear fails to undo the wish, Ian asks for a billion dollars instead, and the money comes crashing down around them. Bear runs back to his house in a panic, where Wish Nikki has built a shrine and Sarah’s mutilated body is laid out nearby. Wish Nikki is wearing Sarah’s skin and clothing, moving strangely in the background as she spirals.
Ian follows Bear to the house and starts pounding on the door, interrupting the chaos inside. Wish Nikki has a gun and is threatening to kill herself, but the second Ian becomes part of the scene, she shoots him in the head almost casually, killing him instantly.
You see the quick moment he gets shot in the middle of the forehead, but there's not much gore in this scene.
