Awoken by a noise, Ida takes a gun and heads to basement. She ends up busting through the wooden stairs and gets a ton of lures stuck in her face. She takes them out, but while she does, smells gasoline. She puts her face up to the unlit stove, which quickly throws a flame and lights her face on fire. She ends up running outside of the house and impaling herself on a For Sale sign.
You see all of it. The last shot of her running into the sign cuts off quickly.
