Liz is a real bitch. She “ews” everyone who walked past her on the plane. Not surprised she doesn’t “let go” and was the last one whose life was resolved.
Their Ending Spoiler
She dies with the rest of the flight (lack of oxygen), but presumably gets taken (to hell?). She’s in the very last scene where she’s looking in a plane trash receptacle, and a hand pops out to grab her.
