Horror Score Quiz
Bear

Bear is a “nice guy” whose softness masks entitlement. He sees himself as awkward, romantic, and misunderstood, but his affection for Nikki is rooted less in love than in possession. He wants vulnerability without honesty, intimacy without consent, and devotion without having to earn it.

He is insecure, self-pitying, and deeply uncomfortable with rejection. Rather than accept Nikki’s boundaries, he treats them like obstacles to overcome. His kindness is conditional: he can be gentle when he feels wanted, but when reality challenges his fantasy, he becomes resentful, manipulative, and cruel.

Bear’s horror comes from how recognizable he is. He is not loud or openly monstrous at first. He is the man who believes wanting someone badly enough makes him deserving of them.
