Elton Parrakis is an underground activist living with his bat-shit crazy mother. He’s a bit of a genius: he’s booby-trapped his entire house in preparation for The Network’s assassins.

Parrakis goes down with his house. He stays to give Richards a head start, and in return, the leader of the hunters shoots him.
