These guys must have watched The Conjuring 2. Bill Wilkinson is the name of the dead guy haunting the little girl (sorta). That Bill Wilkinson was more of a puppet, while this Bill Wilkinson is a murderous coke fiend. We don’t know a lot about this Bill because he explodes before he can stab Grace.
