Amelia is an elite whose car is commandeered by Ben Richards during the chase. He uses her as a hostage. At first, she believes what she sees on The Network, but as they twist reality, she begins to sympathize with Richards.
Their Ending Spoiler
She makes it onto the plane w/ Richards during the climax and works with him to dupe the assassin. It doesn’t work, but she ends up spreading Parrakis’ printed pamphlets as she’s ejected from the plane.
