Ghostface #2 is a hospital orderly (where Ghostface #1 was housed) and former Google techie who is apparently very good at deepfakes.
Like the other Ghostface killers in Scream 7, Marco is obsessed with Sidney and pissed she hasn’t been around to stab the stabbers. So, Marco and his accomplices decide to make Sidney’s daughter the final girl instead.
Despite not being supernatural, Ghostfaces are difficult to kill and seem to have super strength.
